1. How's the service your restaurant offers?
The service we offer is buffet type, we rely on a special van for events, and we take care of everything needed for a professional buffet; dishes, silverware, napkins, table cloths, ect.
2. Whats the minimum or maximum of people allowed per event?
The minimum amount of people for a banquet is 50. Although we don't have a limit for a maximum amount, we can handle large parties. Our specialty in training permits us to handle up to 400 people in food service, quality, and great service.
3. How much deposit money is needed to reserve service?
For secure reasons and to ensure your reservation, we require 50% deposit when reserving and the rest no later than the event itself.
4. How much time do you recommend to reserve before-hand?
We prefer at least one month of anticipation. We are very busy. If the planned event is scheduled in less than a month please call us to see if it can be done.
5. What type and style does your restaurant specialize in?
Our specialty is Mexican food.
6. Does the restaurant have a Banquet Menu?
Yes. We rely on packages already established with regular prices. We also offer the option of preparing a custom banquet with your specifications.
7. Does the service include waiters?
No. The Banquet service is buffet style and only includes the people who prepare the framework, setup, and serve the food.
8. Do you provide liability insurance?
Yes . If your event requires one we'll provide it.
9. Do you charge for deliveries?
Depends. Generally deliveries are free of charge if they are in proximity of the restaurant. Fort long distances some charges may be applied.
10. Whats included in the service?
The service includes the food, the silverware, buffet framework, personnel, delivery in our van, and trial of certain dishes.
11. What is the average cost per person?
Depends. The pachages sometimes come out to $11-$16 dollars per person. We can also make special dishes.
12. Do you offer alcoholic beverages (bar)?
No. Not yet. Sometime in the future we will be ready to offer this kind of service.
